Welcome!

I came to Saratoga Springs in 1983 as a member of law enforcement and spent 30 years helping to make our community safe. My wife grew up here and spent over 20 years in banking, serving many in the community. We married here. We raised our kids here. We have had the privilege of knowing and calling friends, many of the wonderful people here. Saratoga is our community.

Over 28 years ago, we started our business with the purchase and renovation of a rundown apartment building.  Since then, we have purchased, sold, renovated, managed, and constructed properties for ourselves and others. These are not just personal investments, but investments in our neighborhoods and community.

We believe in treating people as we would want to be treated. We take pride, not only in making our visions a reality, but in helping you make yours.
